Do you sell new or used copiers?
We sell only BRAND NEW copiers in factory-sealed boxes, direct from
the manufacturer.
What warranty do you offer?
All systems come with the standard 90 day manufacturer's warranty
from Sharp. This warranty covers parts, but not labor, or consumable
items such as toner, developer, or drum cartridges.
Where do you ship? What are the shipping costs?
We ship all over the United States and Canada. Shipping costs range
from $50-$100, depending on the copier model and accessories purchased.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What if I want to purchase a service/maintenance contract for my
copier?
Although we don't provide service contracts directly, we can often
recommend a local dealership or service company in your area that
can provide this. Customers in major metropolitan areas will find
it easier to aquire a service contract, but feel free to ask for our
help if you are having trouble locating an appropriate vendor.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be pre-approved and a Return Authorization issued
MUST be issued prior to shipping. All returns and cancelled orders are subject to
a 20% restocking fee, and consumables as well as original shipping
costs charged or incurred by our company are non-refundable.
